Privacy notice.

How customer information is used in NexusSpy.

Last updated: October 2026. Review and adapt these starter disclosures to your jurisdiction and actual operations before launch.

Information we collect

We store account name and email, hashed passwords, product enquiry references (hashed where applicable), legacy order details where retained, customer support messages and administrative activity logs. We do not ask for private passwords in support messages or collect device keystrokes.

How information is used

We use this information to manage product enquiries and customer service, maintain account access, protect our systems, and preserve legacy transaction history where necessary. This version does not provide an online checkout.

Retention, access and deletion

Authorized staff may access necessary customer and support information. Retention requirements vary by law and operational need. Contact the website administrator through the support page for access or deletion requests. Some transaction records may need to be retained for compliance.

Security

Passwords are hashed, administrator pages require authenticated access, and CSRF protection is applied to forms. No website can guarantee absolute security. HTTPS and secure hosting are required for production.
